A Serial investor & a renowned healthcare administration professional, he has worked with some of the top healthcare brands in the Middle East. Leveraging on a wealth of experience that spans several aspects in Healthcare Planning and Management, Administration, Business Development, Marketing Management, and Team Motivation, he brings over 2 decades of managerial experience on board. Mr. Kumar has been instrumental in setting up and successfully positioning some of the finest healthcare facilities in the Middle East & India. He has in depth knowledge in Operations Management, Business Plan, Startup Phase and developing and setting up of various departments of healthcare facilities and Brand communication strategies for Healthcare Projects. His core competencies include Healthcare Management, Leadership, People Management, Patient Relation, Strategic Business Development Plans, Budgeting, Planning Revenue Targets, ROI and Change Management.

DR. KUMAR G R

Dr. Kumar is a committed healthcare professional and astute entrepreneur and is widely recognized for his contributions to making high-quality healthcare accessible to all. A proponent of integrated healthcare, he brings in more than fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry in operational delivery to ensure optimum patient care and experience with the efficient use of resources. As a dedicated medical professional, he has served in various capacities with leading healthcare organizations in the Middle East. He has successfully set up & developed a number of healthcare facilities in the region. Known for his hands-on approach to governance and friendly attitude, Dr. Kumar believes in teamwork and a patient-centric approach. As a member of the management team of Ruaa Home Healthcare L.L.C, he is in charge of wide performance objectives and patient outcomes.
