Are your home care services hourly?
We provide services hourly, 12 hours, 24 hours, weekly, and monthly packages.
Can your nurse be also available to a patient while in hospital?
Yes. Our dedicated nurses are also available to patients in the hospital to bring familiarity, extra support to the patient, and to properly integrate the patient from hospital to homecare setup.
If we do not like the nurse assigned to us, can we request a change?
Yes, our client’s satisfaction is what matters to us the most.
What procedures does the homecare provider have in place to handle emergencies?
In case of an emergency, all Ruaa Healthcare employees are required to call 998 and then inform our team and follow our emergency guidelines.
What procedures does Ruaa have in place to handle emergencies?
In case of an emergency, all Ruaa Healthcare employees are required to call 998 and then the Ruaa Medical Team. Then the Ruaa medical team responds appropriately.
How accessible are you?
Our clients come first in everything we do. We are very hands on and accessible 24/7. Patient care is our top priority.
Can we decide to stop our services whenever we want to?
Yes, you may stop our services whenever you decide to. You simply need to give us written notice (by email) 1 week in advance.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed as a Healthcare Service by the Ministry of Health, UAE.
